The Display Commander is the size of a card, printed on thick cardboard. This means there are no more oversized Commander cards.
Wizards of the Coast is slowly transitioning to lower waste packaging. These decks are housed in reduced-plastic packaging. The decks are still wrapped in cellophane, but everything else is 100% recyclable.
